How to Work With Your Buddy

Members who opt in will be assigned to a buddy group or pair. Plan to connect monthly on a separate video or phone call that you coordinate.  Reference this tool on how to use your time together.

Connect with Your Buddy Group

Your buddy group will be your support system and accountability group while you are a Fast Forward Member. 

Members can get a Buddy by opting in at registration, or by filling out the 2023 Buddy Opt-In form.
