Now that you’ve seen several examples and appreciate how to start with the finish, you are ready to work on your 90 Day Action Plan. Here’s what to do:
STEP 1:
Choose 3 bold, unpredictable outcomes directly from your vision and put them in the “outcome” column.
STEP 2:
For each outcome, write down three specific actions you could take or habits you could start practicing. Make these bite-sized and measurable. Ask yourself, “what is the step before the step?”
STEP 3:
Each action/habit should have a “by when.” This could be a specific date, or a cadence if the action/habit is ongoing. Be rigorous!
